We are so excited to introduce a New competition to our events calendar. The NFL Flag Football competition. In order to enter this event each school will need to attend or have had previously attended the NFL Play Flag football programme details are below:
ABOUT THE NFL PLAY FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAMME:
The NFL Flag programme is active nationally across the UK and Ireland. We are supporting schools to bring the NFL Flag programme to their school via our teacher training programme. NFL Flag is a 5 v 5 non-contact version of American football.
The aim is to help develop the character of the children by focusing on the NFL core values of Respect, Integrity, Resilience, and Responsibility; improve their nutritional knowledge; the importance of getting active; as well as helping them learn how to play NFL Flag. Each 12-week programme ends with a regional tournament involving all participating schools at a local venue.
CRITERIA:
Each school can enter 1 team only
5 in a team, maximum 10 in a squad
Minimum of 2 of each gender
